This is a knife that is made out of sheet steel and carbon fiber. The process for fabricating it started with modeling it in Fusion360 using a knife making template as a guide, converting the 3d model into a vector format, and using a waterjet to cut out the knife body and handle pieces.

After that, a belt grinder was used to clean up the surface and edges. The blade bevel was cut using a jig to hold the knife at a consistent angle.
